In addition to the many ways Texas/Red Dirt artist have raised money for various causes including Hurricane Harvey relief, more than 30 of them have come together to help once again....

Dubbed “The Texas Red Dirt Choir,” they recorded a new song called “Faith In The Water.” The goal is to raise one million dollars with all the proceeds going towards Hurricane Harvey relief as they encourage fans to download, stream and donate directly.

Some of the biggest artist on the scene including Josh Abbott, Wade Bowen, Pat Green and Cody Johnson donated their time and talents to record the song.

Roger Creager co-wrote the song with Kyle Hutton. The beautiful tune captures much of the spirit seen in the images of strangers helping each other in the midst of the hurricane.

Kevin Fowler says...“We’ve all seen how Texans have come together in the months since the storm”. He asks fans to either download the song from iTunes or donate directly at the Faith In The Water website.

The song hits radio and iTunes this Friday, Nov. 3rd.

Check out the above video which I hope will inspire you to help with meeting their goal!
