If you didn't make it out to the 35th Annual Miles Cotton Fest you missed a great time with great friends and great music that only comes once a year!

It has come and gone for another year and what a time we had broadcasting live from the Cotton Fest in downtown Miles, Texas.

The day kicked off with a battle of the cooks, with more entries than ever before there was a lot of great food that had to be judged and who better than me to sit back and test taste all of them.

After a long day of talking with friends and eating great food the street dance kicked off with a bang. The boys from Six Market Blvd. rocked out and opened the show and got folks in the spirit for the evening. Shortly after Six Market Blvd. finished up their set Texas Music legend Gary P. Nunn took to the stage and showed Miles Texas what country music was all about. But we couldn't stop there, the one and only Jason Boland took to the stage and played all of our favorite Boland tunes that we fell in love with plus some of his new stuff.

To finish off the night we had the Casey Donahew Band rockin out Miles Cotton Fest with a packed street that offered little space to dance but a great party to be apart of.
