The San Angelo Symphony’s beloved Christmas Pops Concert continues this season with A Winter Wonderland. Join in the jolly celebrations and enjoy Christmas classics and festive holiday favorites perfect to share with a special someone or the entire family on Saturday, December 6th at the McNease Convention Center under the direction of Maestro Hector Guzman. Doors open at 6pm and the concert begins at 7pm.

Guest Artist and local favorite, Josh Diaz, tenor, will join the orchestra as they celebrate the joyful season.

In keeping with the holiday spirit, the San Angelo Symphony is partnering with Angelo State University’s Strings Program under the direction of Dr. Gene Kelley and will feature several of the program’s members performing in the lobby of the McNease Convention Center prior to the Christmas Pops Concert.

Tickets are available at In Vino Veritas, Legend Jewelers, Elite Physique, and Blair’s Western Ware in addition to the Symphony office located in City Hall on the west mezzanine side. Ticket prices are $25 for adults, $20 for seniors, $10 for students, active military and children.

The Symphony would like to let all of their patrons know that Concho Street at Chadbourne Street will be closed from roughly 5pm until 8pm on Saturday, December 6th to allow for the Christmas Light Parade. Please plan an alternate route to the McNease Convention Center for the Christmas Pops concert on Saturday evening. Other routes include Beauregard Avenue to South Magdalen Street to East Concho Avenue leading to the McNease Convention Center.
