San Angelo Man Jamie Sean Watson Arrested for Alleged Aggravated Robbery

On March 2, 2015 at approximately 10:59 pm, San Angelo Police were dispatched to the Shell gas station at 1 N Main for a robbery in progress.

Upon arrival, police learned the suspect had already left the scene.  The clerk in the store stated a white male entered the store with a handgun and demanded the money from the cash register.  After receiving the money, the suspect left the store.

Members of the Criminal Investigation Division, the Special Operations Unit, and Crime Scene Unit responded to conduct an investigation.  Through investigation, Jamie Sean Watson was developed as the suspect in the robbery.

After conducting surveillance, members of the Patrol Division and Special Operations Unit conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of E 19^th on a vehicle being operated by Watson.  Watson was taken into custody.

Watson was arrested for Aggravated Robbery and transported to the Tom Green County Jail.
