The Agrilife Extension Service and the Concho Valley Beekeeepers Association present the program "All About Bees" this Tuesday at the Agrilife Extension Center on N. Hwy 87 at 6pm.
You will learn how to deal with wild bee swarms and established bee colonies. Find out how to get started in beekeeping and honey production as well.

Alison Watkins, Agrilife Extension Service Horticulture Agent, reminds us that bees play a major role in our food chain. About a third of of our diet comes from insect pollinated plants and 80% of that pollination is done by honey bees.

Admission is free, but you are asked to RSVP by calling the Agrilife Extension Office
at 659-6528.
