The great debate right now: DC or Marvel.

Marvel might dominate the movie landscape, but DC has the more recognizable names and characters after 40 years of dominance.

Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, etc.

One of the premier events for a fan of all things comic book.

The first thing we got out of this, the Wonder Woman 1984 trailer. The follow up to the massive Wonder Woman movie that came out a couple years ago. Gal Gadot reprises her career defining role while Chris Pine also returns as Steve Trevor after being killed in the first one.

They are joined by Pedro Pascal, and Kristen Wiig as Cheetah. Check out the trailer below.

Following Wonder Woman is the first official trailer for the Batman. Robert Pattinson is making his debut as the caped crusader. To me he looks like an emo kid denying that it's just a phase, but good Lord this movie looks awesome.

Also released was the trailer for the Snyder cut of Justice League. Fans have been clamoring for this for 3 years now, and HBO has delivered.

Many fans were disappointed when Joss Whedon took over Justice League back in 2017 because of their different directive style. Well now Zack Snyder is getting to release HIS version of things. Instead of a 2 hour movie, it will be a 4 part miniseries featuring these characters. Check out the trailer below.

That gave me chills, the combination of Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah with the new footage of the movie looks and sounds phenomenal.

But the most exciting thing for me is James Gunn's Suicide Squad. We finally learn who all the actors are playing. This movie looks stunning. I cannot wait for 2021

Wake me up in 2021
