Angelo State University Choir’s Halloween Spooktacular Is Upon Us
If you are looking for an evening of fun musical entertainment that draws folks from miles around then you need to check this concert out.
If you have never been to a Spooktacular concert put on by the Angelo State Choir you are truly missing out on one of the most prized jewels that San Angelo holds each and every year. This years performances will be held on October 15th at 7pm and October 16th at 7pm at the McNease Convention Center. This years performance is titled "Follow The Yellow Brick Road" and will feature music from "The Wizard of Oz" and Stephen Schwartz’s Broadway blockbuster, “Wicked.”
Each night there will be a costume contest for the kiddos in two different age groups 5 years old and under and 6-12 years old. Prizes will be awarded to contestants throughout the musical performance each evening. Roscoe and Bella the Angelo State Mascots will be on hand to help pass out Halloween candy and take pictures with the kids as well. The contest will be at 6pm so if you wish to enter your child please be there early.
