I think everyone is absolutely ready to celebrate Spring finally arriving. Angelo State University is throwing it's annual Springfest this Friday, March 27th. They are hosting a huge crawfish boil and fish fry at 6:00 p.m. in front of the University's Cafeteria. Enjoy the sunshine and green grass while you get to eat, play games, and listen to live music. This party is open to everyone in San Angelo, and only costs $8.00 per person to enjoy all of the fun. Make sure you drop by to say hello to Catfish while he is out there from 5:30 to 7:30.

This is a a great event for the entire family as there is plenty of running around room, but there will be bouncy house inflatables for the little ones (available from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.), and even an hot air balloon (available from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.). Admission for the little guys is free.

At the Angelo State Pavilion, there will be the Sunset Concert, a live country music concert, for you to kick up your heels to or just sit back and enjoy. Josh Grider, a great Texas & Red Dirt musician, will be performing at 7:30, and then Bart Crow will be coming on at 9:00 p.m. to finish the evening. Just in case you've never been to the ASU Pavilion, you can see it in the photo below.
