Angelo State University’s Club Café coffeehouse-style entertainment series will feature comedian Nick Guerra at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, in the Houston Harte University Center, 1910 Rosemont Drive.

Sponsored by the University Center Program Council, Guerra will perform in the University Center’s Rooms 110-111. The doors will open at 7 p.m. and the event is free and open to the public.

A Texas native, Guerra started his comedy career in Dallas in 2005 and moved to Los Angeles in 2009. Just a decade into stand up, Guerra has won over crowds from all walks of life while performing at clubs, colleges and anyplace with a stage, performing his brand of humor about current events, relationships and personal stories.

A well-rounded entertainer, Guerra’s television credits include writer, assistant director, actor and story producer for the Mun2 reality show “Pitbull’s La Esquina.” An audience favorite in season eight of NBC’s “Last Comic Standing,” he also performed in the second seasons of Comedy Central’s “Gabriel Iglesias Stand Up Revolution” and Nuvo TV’s “Stand Up & Deliver.”
