Blaine’s Pub Holiday Line Up
With Thanksgiving just a couple days away I know you're already trying to figure out where to go to escape the family. That answer is Blaine's Pub as they have three nights of live music starting on Wednesday night.
Thanksgiving Day is Thursday which means relatives will be in town and while spending time with family is very important, sometimes you just have to get away. Blaine's Pub is your destination. The fun kicks off tomorrow evening with Working Women's Wednesday and special musical guests Thom Shepherd and Coley McCabe. Since it is a time to feast and give thanks Aaron O'Donnell from Blaine's will be cooking up a 'nontraditional' traditional meal for everybody. There will be fried turkey and I have been told it is going to be an awesome meal. On top of that there will also be the drinks specials, $1 margaritas and $2 longnecks. As far as entertainment goes Thom Shepherd and Coley McCabe will be taking the Blaine's stage about 7pm and rockin' all night long. Thom has quite a resume with over 90 songs being cut by artists such as Kevin Fowler, Craig Morgan, Pat Green, Josh Abbott, David Ball, Tracy Lawrence and many more. Thom is no rookie to country music. Thom will be bringing newcomer Coley McCabe to accompany him for the evening doing an acoustic song swap. Coley has written, co-written and performed with such artists as Andy Griggs and SHeDAISY. Coley and her songs have also made appearances in movies like The Punisher, Alabama Love Story and Where The Heart Is. Needless to say, it's going to be a great night. I'll see you there.

Coming up Friday night is the Concho Valley's own, Haden Burchard. Every single time Haden plays Blaine's Pub it turns into one heck of a party. If you aren't familiar with Haden's music you'll recognize his last radio single 'Wrapped Up In The Covers' but there is more where that came from. I've heard some of the new music Haden has been working on and it is really good stuff. Don't' miss your chance to catch all your favorite Haden Burchard tunes along with the news ones Friday night at Blaine's Pub.

If you can't get away from the fam Friday night then fret not my friend, the Hogg Maulies will be taking the Blaine's stage Saturday evening. You'll recognize the Hogg Maulies from songs such as 'Goodnight' and 'Whatever You Throw' which is the latest radio single from the guys. I've had Rode, the lead singer, in studio before and we had an absolute blast. You can expect some good stories, jokes and phenomenal Texas Music. It's a win/win situation and the perfect cap for your holiday weekend before you spend Sunday gearing back up for the work week. Don't miss this show.
