Now, this whole Insanity workout plan is crazy, or if you're Jay-Z you would say it's cray. Either way I'm not sure it's for me. It's a very intense extreme work out that I'm pretty sure isn't for beginners. But, I have been sticking with it.

Now, I realize this is odd, but I don't weigh myself. I determine if I've lost weight by the way my clothes fit.  Now, I'm not saying I have lost weight, but my clothes aren't as snug. I still have a ways to go, but I at least feel better about myself and in the end, that's what it's all about.  I have been eating healthy, fish, chicken, salads, etc. I have also been exercising and trying to stay busy. I am not going to lie and say it's easy. I wanna quit. But, in the end it will pay off and I'm going for a lifestyle change instead of a diet.

To everyone reading going through these same thoughts, keep it up! Don't give up, and keep trying. It's frustrating, but so is life. So keep with it and give me any tips you have learned over the years to help yourself lose weight. As usual, I always post a great video with a workout on it. Check this out one. Seems fairly easy and special for ladies needs.
