The amazing Charley Crockett has decided it best to cancel all of his shows 'till further notice. In a post yesterday, Crockett, who just last year had open-heart surgery, expressed to fans that due to health concerns to him, his band, and fans he thought it best to reschedule his concerts.

In the post he explained his reasoning for the cancellations, "We were very excited to see you, so against my cardiologist’s suggestion that I might be “high risk”, I decided to schedule these shows as soon as we could get back to work. However, after learning about the significant increase in COVID cases in Texas this week, thinking about my own health risks, and discussing the situation with my band - it doesn’t sit right with us playing shows this soon."

I don’t want to feel like I’m putting my fans or my band family at risk by asking them to congregate right now. I sincerely apologize to the venues and fans who were looking forward to the shows this weekend. Please be safe out there y’all. - Charley Crockett

But chin up. We will be getting new music from Crockett this summer. On July 31st the hard-working former street performer will release his newest album, Welcome To Hard Times, which is available for pre-order now.
