If you're still looking for an idea for a St. Valentine's Day date, here's one for you! Cody Canada and Kevin Welch will play a special Valentine acoustic concert at Blaine's Pub in downtown San Angelo tomorrow night. Most people know Cody as the former lead vocalist of Cross Canadian Ragweed and the current lead vocalist of The Departed. If you don't know Kevin Welch, you're sure to know his songs if you go to the show. He's written songs for Ricky Skaggs, Waylon Jennings, Moe Bandy (Happy Birthday Moe, btw), Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood and others. A bunch of Texas & Red Dirt artists paid tribute to Kevin at a Music Fest concert in Steamboat a few years ago as well. So make it a Valentine date with Cody and Kevin and Blaine's!
