Concho Valley Farmers Market Continues Sales Twice Weekly

The Concho Valley Farmers Market continues to sell an abundance of veggies twice weekly. Among the harvest are tomatoes, peas, okra, peppers, squash and more.The vendors have scaled back their sales to two mornings per week – on Tuesdays and Saturdays – from 6 a.m. until about noon under the Farmers Market Pavilion at 609 S. Oakes St., across from Fort Concho. All of the seasonal produce comes from a 75-mile radius around San Angelo.

The Farmers Market has been conducting its weekly sales since May and will continue to do so until the first fall frost. The growers typically charge customers $1 for a bundle or a bowl of produce.
