The proceeds from the briskets will go to projects including funding eye exams and glasses for local individuals not able to pay for these on their own, feeding the kids at the Texas Lions camp and House of Faith this summer, feeding the high school students at Grace and Grub, helping local Habitat for Humanity families, funding for the Texas Lions Camp in Kerrville (for physically disabled, hearing and/or vision impaired, and diabetic children from the State of Texas) and through other projects where Lions will be helping local individuals that are less fortunate and in need.

Lions motto is “WE SERVE”. Lions International is the only service group to have ever been nominated for a Nobel Prize.

The cost will be $8.00 a pound. The briskets will weigh between 4 1/2 to 8 pounds.
They can be picked up and paid for at the parking lot on the west side of Holy Angels Catholic Church, between Oxford and Rutgers from 9:00 to 11:00 Saturday morning, May 20th. You  need you order by Wednesday, May 17th and you can call 949-6374, go to http://eastangelolionsclub.org/ or email lwowho@suddenlink.net to place your order.
