Ex Professional Boxer Paul Thorn Coming to Green Apple Art Center

The Green Apple Art Center continues to bring some great bands and artists to Eden and this Saturday's show is sure to be a knock out!

Okay that was a bad joke, but ex professional boxer and singer/songwriter Paul Thorn will hit the stage this Saturday night. As a young man, Thorn went 6 rounds with boxing great Roberto Duran. You can check out his fight with the boxer known for his 'Hands of Stone' in the above video.

Of course since then, Thorn has become an accomplished singer and songwriter. Among his songwriting credits is one of Wade Bowen's signature songs, 'Mood Ring'. His latest Americana album out is called “Too Blessed To Be Stressed”. You'll be able to pick up your copy at the Green Apple Art Center on Saturday if you don't already have it. And be sure to get there around 7 and enjoy some great food before the show which starts at 8 pm.
