Farmer’s Almanac Predicts Frosty & Unusually Wet Winter For Texas

The Farmer's Almanac says we can expect a chilly and wet winter here in Texas.  In fact, the Almanac is predicting colder and wetter than normal winters for most of the country east of the Rockies.  Not too excited about the cold, but if it means we're gonna get a lot of wet stuff for our parched state, I all for it.
