As our water supply depletes, now is the time to start collecting rainwater to save your shrubs and trees.
If you are interested in finding out what size rainwater system you need, this is the seminar for you.

Allison Watkins, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Horticulturist will give a presentation about rainwater harvesting. You’ll find out how simple it is to get started and how to figure how much rain you can collect off your size roof.

The January Gardening Seminar will be this Saturday, January 11 from 9-11 a.m. at the Water Education Center, 417 S. Oakes (the first yellow building after the Oakes Street Bridge on the right).

The cost of the seminar is $10. There will be a drawing for a door prize. Seating is limited. Call to reserve your seat and assure materials: 325-656-3104.
