The council on Tuesday unanimously agreed in allowing Walmart to move forward with the project — if the company meets the city’s conditions, which include a higher retaining wall and large truck deterrents.

The Walmart Supercenter, is slated to be built near South Bryant Boulevard and South Jackson Street sometime in 2015 and is projected to create about 300 jobs.
