Granger Smith Hospitalized After Stage Fall

Granger Smith is on the mend after a scary incident at a concert in New Jersey last night.

Granger fell from the stage in the middle of the concert when a monitor he was standing on gave way and was taken to a local emergency room. Granger suffered broken ribs and a collapsed lung, but he is in good spirits and says he will recover soon.
