Art Thursday is an opportunity for San Angelo kids to enjoy making and seeing different art, art techniques, and more at the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts Education Studio.  Every Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. kids can enjoy new activities that coordinate with the art featured that month. This Thursday the kids will be learning to work with clay and watercolors. It's a great, fun, educational time for them. Plus, getting dirty never hurt anyone! About every three weeks there are two new art projects for the kids to try.
The fun doesn't stop there. This Thursday, April 2nd, the San Angelo Museum will also host the Angelo State University's 'Night at the Museum' showing. It starts at 5:00 p.m. and things will begin to wrap up around 10:00 p.m.The movie will be shown on the balcony at 6:30 p.m. There will be popcorn available as the museum comes alive before their eyes, as well as a coffee bar for all the parents.
