John Deere Classic Golf Tournament Benefits Wall FFA and 4-H Students
The John Deere Classic Golf Tournament is this Friday, My 1st, at Quicksand Golf Club. All proceeds benefit the Wall Ag Boosters Scholarship Program. This money is used to help the FFA & 4-H students of Wall High School.
This golf tournament is a 4-person scramble, with a 1PM shotgun start. There is still time for you to enter. You can call Cliff or Doran at South Plains Implement at 653-4541 to enter the tourney, or to get more information. The other option is to stop by South Plains Implement at 3993 Tractor Trail, just off North Hwy 67.
Tournament costs $100.00 per person, and includes: golf, supper, and beverages, or $25.00 for non-golfers for supper and beverages. Aside from the great time spent golfing, there will be several contests on the course for prizes, and during dinner, which will be served at 6PM, there were be several door prizes and raffles.
The drawing for the John Deer Gator and trailer will be held at the tournament. It's your last chance to buy tickets to win a cool gator and custom made trailer.
