Kacey Musgraves Has Been Robbed

Kacey Musgraves made it known thru social media that she was a bit upset after her car was broken into outside of a popular Nashville music venue.

Kacey explained through a series of tweets that she had been out in downtown Nashville on the evening of Jan. 4th and when she returned to her car, she found that it had been broken into.

She found that the thieves had stolen some brand new designer boots from her car.

According to the Tennessean, 30-year-old Darnell Cunningham has been charged with theft after attempting to return Musgraves’ stolen boots with the receipts to Lucchese Boots on 12th Ave South. When the store’s general manager recognized the boots and noticed Musgraves’ name on the receipts, he questioned Cunningham who then allegedly grabbed the boots and promptly ran out of the store.

The suspect was video-taped by security cameras in the store, which helped police quickly track him down. Cunningham was booked into a Nashville jail on Wednesday afternoon.
