Kickin’ Song of the Week, Chris Knight – It Ain’t Easy Being Me

Chris Knight is a solid entertainer out of Kentucky who is either writing, recording, or touring constantly. He stays on the road a lot and will be in San Angelo This Thursday,Sept. 24th. 

Chris is coming to Blaine's Pub Thursday night, then playing a couple of other Texas dates before heading out to Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina, and on and on he goes.

In addition to releasing eight records of his own material, Knight has had a successful career writing songs that have been recorded by numerous major artist such as Confederate Railroad, John Anderson, and Randy Travis among others.

Some of his own hit singles include: 'Down The River', 'It Ain't Easy Being Me', 'Framed', 'Love & A 45', Oil Patch Town, and numerous other great songs. We play a lot of Chris Knight's music on Kickin' Country 103.1.

The guy stays pretty busy for sure. Who knows when he will make his way back to San Angelo. I would certainly recommend that you catch his show this Thursday  Downtown San Angelo at Blaine's Pub.
