Missing Child From San Angelo

San Angelo Police are seeking your help in locating a lady who has an active warrant and could possibly have a young child with her.

44 year old Elaine Zapata is currently wanted on an active warrant for Interference with Child Custody.  It is believed that Elaine Zapata might have fled to South Texas and might have 5 year old Julia O'Bryan with her.
