Missing Person

The San Angelo Police Department seeks your help in locating missing “Welfare Concern” person:  Stephen Burpee, white male, 6’, 220 lbs., brown hair, blue eyes, and tattoos.

Stephen was last seen on Tuesday, May 13, at approximately 4:30 p.m. near Goodfellow Air Force Base.

Stephen is known to drive a navy blue 2004 Jeep Cherokee Sport with Missouri LP # ML2H9K.
