Everybody wants to lose weight, but like myself, the problem is that Americans are uneducated on this topic.  We all know sodas and fast food are horrible for your body, but don't know where to go from there. I have been telling myself I was going to go on a diet, lose weight, and exercise for the past month.  This obviously has not happened since I had to use all the tricks most females know when putting on tight pants.

Guys if you are wondering, this includes laying on the bed and buttoning your pants, the classic “suck-in”, and my favorite the Kung Fu kick.  I then decided this was enough and it was time for a change.  I was looking at 'Yahoo!' and found this article, Dieting Mistakes You Are Making.

It has helped a lot mainly because I have no idea what I am doing.  'Yahoo!' has a number of articles on losing weight, but I know this is easier with a buddy or friend;  if you have any tips, hints or great ideas on how to lose weight please comment below!
