New Music Showdown – Jake Kellen Vs Brandon Jackson

Last week we took Matt Caldwell and Atteberry Station into the ring with Matt coming out victorious.  This week we have new music from Jake Kellen and Brandon Jackson, who will win this edition.

We're back with another instalment of the New Music Showdown with two seasoned vets.  Jake Kellen is a west Texas boy that you have have seen and heard right here in San Angelo.  You'll recognize such singles as If Love Was A Road, Grace, Slow Dance, The Moment and now we have Small Town Texas.  The new tune is about exactly what you think with the title.  It's about growing up in a small Texas town, particularly a small west Texas feel to it.  I'm sure it will be an instant hit.  In the other corner we have Brandon Jackson.  Formally a member of a little outfit you may recognize by the name of No Justice, Brandon has been performing since age 5 and spent many years writing and performing in Oklahoma.  Since departing No Justice back in 2009 he's released the debut album 'The Good Times' and is pushing his second radio single, Crazy Bout You.  This tune is a well written one about that one gal that just drives you crazy, in a good way.  Both are great songs but only one will when and it's up to you to decide.  Listen below and cast your vote now.
