New Music Showdown – Josh Grider Vs Rob Baird

Last week's newcomer Chancy Bernson took down his opponent Bo Phillips.  This week is a pair of seasoned vets, Josh Grider and Rob Baird.  Who will win?

We are back with another episode of the New Music Showdown featuring only the newest Texas/Red Dirt tunes.  This week Josh Grider brings us his upbeat feel good tune 'Lonestar Highway'.  It's a little different style than Josh's other tunes from previous albums, a little more upbeat country feel.  If you're diggin' that tune check out the rest of 'The Gettin' There' EP .  Within the first 15 seconds of playing Rob Baird's 'Dreams And Gasoline' I caught myself tapping my foot and nodding my head to the beat.  It's the second single from his current album 'I'll Swear It's The Truth'.  If I'm not mistaken it wasn't the first choice to be the second single, I wonder what the next one will be.  I'm really having trouble which song to vote for as both of these songs are top notch.  Listen and cast your vote.
