Phil Collins Gives Alamo Memorabilia Back To Texas

Who knew British rocker Phil Collins was such an Alamo aficionado?  Collins has been fascinated with the Alamo since childhood and this week he donated a number of Alamo items he has collected back to the Texas Land Commission.  The collection includes a rifle owned by Davy Crockett, his leather shot pouch along with a pair of powder horns Crockett is believed to have given to a Mexican officer before his death.  The donations also include muskets and musket balls that belonged to Mexican soldiers.
