Some people are just bad apples. 'Bad apples' being a way too polite euphemism for 'total psychopaths.' If Emma Presler did what authorities suspect she did, I think it might be safe to say she's a bad apple.

Acquitted just last year for her involvement in a drive-by shooting that left a paralyzed woman with cerebral palsy dead, Presler is now wanted in connection to an arson that caused the death of a man, Devin Graham (33), and the ongoing hospitalization of his wife, Karissa Lindros (26), who has burns to 70 percent of her body.

According to People:

Before Graham's death, he allegedly told police that a female had entered the residence, poured an unknown substance on him and lit him on fire. Witnesses also reported seeing a white, four-door sedan fleeing the scene and said the suspect was a white female under the age of 30, the police statement says.

The arson occurred on August 6th in Humble, Texas. Graham died the Monday thereafter, leaving behind two small daughters.

Presler was acquitted just last year of the shooting death Sierra Rhode because there was not enough evidence to prove she acted as the getaway driver. From KSAT:

Multiple shooters were reported outside the home, and Gonzalez said the investigation was ongoing. He said investigators believe the shooting was related to a feud between a group of people and Rhodd's 15-year-old brother, and that Rhodd was not the intended target.

Imagine being 19 years old and already having (allegedly) lived a life of crime and responsible for the death of two, possibly three people. Lindros' injuries are very severe and she is continuing to undergo numerous surgeries.

Presler is still wanted by authorities for the Aug. 6 incident. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact the HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division at 713-308-8800 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
