San Angelo Police Blotter for Wednesday, Sept. 21st-Thursday, Sept. 22nd.

BRUCE, MARY LYN- age 37 was arrested for Public Intoxication just after 9PM last night after an Officer located Bruce sitting in the roadway in the 1800 block of Colorado Street.

EDWARDS, JAMES BRYAN- age 53 was arrested for Public Intoxication just after 10:30 p.m. last night when Officers located him passed out in the driver’s seat of a vehicle at Rio Grande and N. Campus Blvd.  Edwards’s vehicle was still running, parked, the driver’s door open, and all the windows were down.

FRANKS, TAMRA ADKINS- age 47 was arrested for warrants around 6:30 p.m. last night after police located her in the area of E. 28^th & Bowie St.  Franks matched the description of a woman who was the subject of a welfare concern call.

GALVAN, MIGUEL ANGEL- age 31 was arrested for Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence just after 10PM last night after Officers responded to the report of a domestic disturbance in the 1500 block of Bryan Street.

GUTIERREZ, RODRIGO LARA- age 19 was arrested just after 4PM yesterday for an outstanding Parole Violation Warrant at the Parole Office located at 938 Arroyo Drive.

MCMANUS, JAMES LEE- age 31 was arrested just before noon yesterday for Unauthorized Use of Vehicle and outstanding warrants.  Police were called to the 4100 block of Ben Ficklin for a welfare check of a man who was reportedly asleep on a motorcycle.  The Officer arrived and made contact with Mcmanus and noticed the motorcycle’s license plate had been altered.  Mcmanus was detained.  Further investigation showed the motorcycle, a 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan, had been reported stolen the previous morning from a residence in 1200 block of S. Concho Park Drive.  The motorcycle was returned to it’s owner.

MILLER, MELANIE RENAE- age 23 was arrested for Public Intoxication just before midnight last night in the area of E. Twohig and S. Chadbourne.  Police were dispatched to the location for the report of a fight in progress.   Upon arrival, Officers observed two females who were being physically separated from one another.  One of the females, later identified as Miller, ran through the east alley of S. Chadbourne and E. Twohig but stopped on her own and sat on the ground.  Officers learned Miller had been involved in a fight just prior to their arrival.  Due to Miller’s level of intoxication she was placed under arrest.

PADILLA, VALERIE D'ANN- age 30 was arrested just before 3:30 p.m. yesterday afternoon for an outstanding Parole Violation Warrant at the Parole Office located at 938 Arroyo Drive.

PARRISH, EDWARD RAY, Jr.- age was arrested for Public Intoxication just before 8PM last night. (No further details on arrest).
