San Angelo offers a number of fun things to do this week: Rodeo, Concerts, the Downtown Stroll, Cactus Market days,  Fun Run, Plays, and more...

This is the final week of the 2018 San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo running thru Feb. 18th at the fairgrounds. Enjoy one of the largest rodeos in the country with top cowboys and cowgirls competing for some big prize money. The PRCA Finals are this Friday followed by the Cinch Chute-Out on Saturday. It's time once again for the Downtown Stroll this Thursday, Feb 15th from 5-9 pm  in historic downtown San Angelo. Take this opportunity to visit numerous art galleries, dining establishments, unique boutiques, bars, coffee shops and much more. Many of these businesses stay open late for this once a month event. Take the family and enjoy Art Thursday Feb. 15th at the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts from 3-6 pm. Activities are free and include art making in the Education Studio, featuring clay and watercolor, among other art projects. For more information, call 653-3333.

Midnight Rodeo is bringing in two more great bands this Friday and Saturday, Feb 16th & 17th. Josh Ward takes the stage on Friday and Randy Rogers acoustic show will be this Saturday night. Kickin' Country will have guest list for both of these great shows. Listen for your cue to call in and win!.

Cactus Market Days takes place on the third Saturday of every month downtown San Angelo, from 10 am - 5 pm. Local crafters sell handmade candles, soaps and cosmetics, clocks and dream catchers, bird houses, jewelry, paintings, crosses,  custom knives, wooden benches and many more items. You're invited to enjoy an evening of new student plays at ASU this Thursday through Sunday, Feb 15th - 18th in the ASU Modular Theatre. Plays will be selected from those developed in ASU's Fall playwriting course and other student play submissions & directed by selected students. For more information, call 942-2146.
