The Chicken Farm Art Center presents their 'Second Thursday Concert In The Yard' this Thursday, June 14th from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Local and Texas based Musicians will be playing a variety of music including: oldies, folk, country, rock, and more. Bring your chairs and blankets & enjoy the free music. Angelo Civic Theater presents 'Putting It Together' with performances through June 24th. Putting It Together is performed by five people thrown together at a party in a Manhattan penthouse who use some imagination to take the audience on a very interesting journey. The Green Apple Art Center in Eden presents Bruce Robison and Kelly Willis this Saturday. This very talented couple, each with their own successful music career will bring you an awesome night of live music together. Doors and Dinner at 7, show starts at 8. Cactus Market Days takes place on the third Saturday of every month. Head downtown this Saturday, the 16th to enjoy dozens of Arts and Craft booths plus Food Vendors in the parking lot at 13 East Twohig across from the Cactus Hotel.The event is open from 10 AM to 5 PM. Shop for handmade candles, soaps and cosmetics, clocks, dream catchers, bird houses and bird feeders, jewelry, paintings, crosses, custom knives, pottery, horseshoe art, stained glass and many more items. Be Theatre presents 'Shakespeare on the Concho-Macbeth' this Friday & Saturday, June 15th & 16th with free performances at 7 pm both nights. This will be their 5th annual Shakespeare on the Concho in this modern, twisted version of the Shakespearean classic. The Concho Valley Farmers Market is open for business every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday offering fresh Fruits, vegetables and plants from 7 a.m. until they sell out (usually by noon).
