Wednesday, the San Angelo Police Department’s Street Crimes Division (SCD) and the Midland Police Department’s Narcotics Division conducted a joint operation that resulted in the arrests of three San Angelo residents in regards to the trafficking of narcotics and illegal firearm possession.

San Angelo Police arrests for December 19th:

Wednesday afternoon, the Abilene Police Department’s Street Crimes Division arrested 32-year-old Pete “Oso” Frank Estrada, the shooting suspect wanted in connection with the Aggravated Robbery on Avenue O in late November.

A missing 78-year-old San Angelo man suffering from dementia was located early this morning by Officer Z. Villarreal, who spotted the man’s vehicle traveling in the 100 block of South Abe Street.

This afternoon, the San Angelo Police Department kicked off a 12-month seat belt safety initiative in San Angelo, with a goal to increase seat belt use and save lives.

A suspect wanted in connection with the 2016 double homicide on Rio Grande Street was arrested by a joint law enforcement fugitive task force this afternoon in Lansing, Michigan.

A 34-year-old San Angelo man was arrested on multiple charges following a late-night incident at a local restaurant.

Around 4:10 p.m. on Sunday, December 4, 2016, San Angelo Police Officer T. Dietz was patrolling the unit block of E. 25th Street when he observed a white Nissan Versa similar to one that was reported stolen from the 2800 block of Chestnut Street in early November.

Saturday afternoon, Detectives with the San Angelo Police Department’s Street Crimes Division (SCD) developed information about the location of 43-year-old Guadalupe Silva Reyes, who was wanted on an outstanding Warrant for Parole Violation.
