Terlingua International Chili Championship

The 48th Terlingua International Chili Championship will be on October 29-November 1st at Rancho CASI de los Chisos! It's the biggest chili cookoff in the United States and you will want to be there!
The party gets underway on Thursday, October 30, with a "chili parade", dog show, horseshoe contest and lots more fun!

Friday you're invited to judge or compete in the CASI Scholarship Beans,Wings & Salsa contests!

Saturday, the best chili cooks and showteams on the planet will be competing to see who's the best! You can judge chili starting at noon.

Admission is $40.00 per person for the week or $20.00 for Saturday only. There's live music every night, too!
