The Cowboy Gathering is Up for a National Award

Terri Holland is in charge of the annual San Angelo Cowboy Gathering and she dropped by the 'Kickin' Wake-Up Call' this morning to ask everyone to vote for our city's festival!

Vote for what you ask? San Angelo's 'Cowboy Gathering' is up for an award as being the best festival in the country in it's category and the winner is decided by on line voting.

The Cowboy Gathering brings in top entertainers each year in addition to numerous vendors, and much more.

People come from far and near to attend the annual festival and many have taken ideas back to their own city to incorporate into their festivals.

Terri explained how easy it is to go on line to vote and how much it would be appreciated if you will so that San Angelo can win this very special national recognition.
