The San Angelo Symphony/Orchestra is in Concert Saturday.

I visited with Hector Guzman, conductor/director of our symphony/orchestra on the 'Kickin' Wake-Up Call' this morning to talk about the upcoming concert this Saturday. 

Hector explained that this will be a concert that features two different styles of music for you to enjoy.

You will hear tributes to both George Gershwin featuring an exceptionally talented pianist and the music of John Williams presented by the symphony/orchestra.

Guzman is encouraging you to dress in costume as the concert features great music by John Williams which will be highly recognizable from numerous block buster movies like 'Star Wars'!

The concert is this Saturday at 7 pm in the McNease Convention Center.
