The Downtown San Angelo Art Walk is a unique feature that San Angelo has on every 3rd Thursday of the month. The April 16th Art Walk has a free trolley that runs from 6PM to 9PM that will take you to all the stops that you'd like to see.

The Featured Venue this Thursday is the Stephens Central Library. Cynthia Jordan will be there to share her books, Pearl and Diamond. Larry Guevara, a local artist, will also have his drawings featured at the library as well. While you are there, make sure you add your name to the drawing for your chance tow in a special gift basket at the end of the evening.

Next, stop at the Cactus Hotel to see local artists, Don Shaw, Rigel Rilling, Shireen Jackson, Rachel Carter, Ivy Glover, Byron Rogers, and more. They will have their displays set up for you to enjoy and purchase if you fall in love with any of their art.

The Concho Valley Winery will have wine tasting, and also you'll be able to enjoy live music from Kevin Brown in the courtyard from 6:30PM - 8:30PM.

Casa Decor will have live musicby Justin Cartwright, and some drinks and snacks for you to nibble on while you enjoy the sights and sounds.

JSH Studio Gallery will have refreshments while you roam through their studio views local artwork from San Angelo residents, Jonathan Stephen Harris and Lidia Puente Harris.

The San Angelo Cultural Affairs Council will be hosting a free concert at Choate's Little Longhorn, 212 S Chadbourne. The Angelo State Jazz Ensemble, directed by Dr. John Irish, will play American Songbook Jazz standards. There are two performance times, 6PM and 7:15PM just in case you miss one.

The Signature Art Gallery features art from around the state, and you can also sign up for their 'Paint to Gogh' workshops.
