Weekend Entertainment: Live Music and Events In San Angelo
Whats happening this weekend and the live events you want to catch are all inside!
Friday night is jam packed with great music all across town, so put your dancin boots on and lets get started.
Bleu Edmondson will be taking the spot light at Midnight Rodeo San Angelo tonight, Bleu is still working music from his "The Future Ain't What It Used To Be" album which is an awesome CD and includes tracks like "Blood Red Lincoln" and "No Room for Mercy". His show tonight is going to be one for the books with all the new music and the old classics like "$50 and a Flask of Crown". Doors open at 8pm and he will take the stage somewhere around 10-10:30.
Dolly Shine is at Blaine's Pub tonight as well, based out of Stephenville this is one of the hottest up and coming acts of the Texas music scene. They are working on a new CD to release right now in Ft. Worth Texas and are currently promoting the song "Drifters Prayer". They will take the stage tonight at Blaine's around 10 and you better be ready for an energy packed show.
Stillwater Bar and Grill brings you Cody Riley tonight to continue on with their Texas music concert series. Cody Riley is also in the studio recording new music but we know him for his song "Small Town Rockstars". Check out the interview audio from this mornings interview with Cody.
Saturday its all going down at Blaine's Pub where they will host the first Downtown Goat Roping. All the fun starts off at 1 and is followed up by a concert with Sammy Fox and The Intervention. Sammy will also be debuting his music video Saturday evening which was partially filmed in Blaine's.
