Willie Nelson will be helping to celebrate Billy Bob's Texas 35th Anniversary coming up in November.

Billy Bobs is without a doubt one of the most treasured honky-tonks not only in Texas, but in the World.

On Nov. 12th, Willie will hold a special performance at the Fort Worth venue. According to the Star-Telegram, the event will feature live music, Texas cuisine, dance lessons and special activities for children.

His appearance will mark Nelson’s 54th career appearance at the venue. I'm sure it's no surprise that Nelson was the first choice for the show.

Concho Minick, president of Billy Bob’s Texas was quoted as saying "I sort of grew up watching Willie play at Billy Bob’s. He is inseparable from the history here. In terms of country music, it has always been Willie for me, so it’s the biggest honor to have him back again, especially on this occasion."

More details on this upcoming concert celebration will be announced in the coming weeks. Tickets are currently on sale but they probably won’t last long. Reserved seating ranges from $60 to $100, while general admission is only $20.
