BREAKING NEWS: Active Shooter Reported at Military Hospital in El Paso

An 'active shooter' is reportedly roaming a military hospital in El Paso.  A spokesperson for Fort Bliss says a 'shooter" has been confirmed at the William Beaumont Army Medical Center.  Reports say the entire hospital complex and its adjacent veterans' hospital have been placed on lock-down.
