As part of Cooper's BBQ Live Concert Series, Flatland Cavalry takes the stage this Sat, Sept 19th with Two Tons of Steel opening.

Flatland Cavalry who formed in 2012 is a very popular Texas/Red Dirt band from Lubbock and is a major player on the Texas music scene. After a string of hits from the bands first full length LP "Humble Folks" in 2016, The band followed up with their second and current studio album, 'Homeland Insecurity', released in 2019 and has given us even more great songs.

We play a lot of Flatland Cavalry's music on Kickin' Country 103-1 including: "Honeywine", "War With My Mind", "Come Back Down", "Old School, "One I Want", "February Snow", "Tall City Blues", "Stompin' Grounds", "A Life Where We Work Out (Featuring Kaitlin Butts)" and more.
