Final Weekend Of Gillespie Horse Races This Season

After three exciting weekends of horse racing, the Gillespie County Fair & Rodeo Association brings you the final weekend of exciting horse racing action for the season this Saturday and Sunday, August 22nd & 23rd.  

Come out and enjoy the exciting live Quarter Horse & Thoroughbred horse racing action at the Fairgrounds.  

Gates open at 11 am and Post Time is at 1 pm.  

General Admission is $10 per person  

Children (6-12) are $5, under 5 are free.  

Enjoy the Simulcast Horse & Greyhound Racing from the nation's top tracks on 30 TV screens, and wager as if you were there. Relax with a full bar and casual dining.
