Ok, seriously 2020 we need to talk. First you give us a seemingly unstoppable illness called COVID-19 that has grown into a monster worldwide pandemic and shut all the fun stuff down and now you're taking Charlie Brown holiday specials away from us?

To be fair, this actually has nothing to do with COVID-19 and yes, you will still be able to watch Charlie Brown holiday specials, but you'll have to go all up-to-date, streaming service to do so. Why can't we just leave traditional things like Charlie Brown alone?

Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang have giving us life lessons about holidays since 1965, but this year, It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and A Charlie Brown Christmas won't be on your TV. AppleTV+ streaming platform is going to run them for free. As someone who is still relatively new to the streaming services universe, yes, you can laugh, I'm really mad about this.

It's not just that I'll have to figure out AppleTV+, but I really like watching the Charlie Brown holiday specials with commercials when they are broadcast. I won't DVR, yes, you can laugh, the specials because I really like watching them old school. I get my hot chocolate, my blankie, and my remote and I settle in for all the Peanuts gang fun.

So I'm not even going to tell you all the details about when you can start streaming the Charlie Brown holiday specials because you probably already know how to do that but you can read more about it here.

I think I'll just enjoy this little clip and cry in my hot chocolate.
