It’s Almost Rodeo Time in San Angelo

Our San Angelo Livestock Show and Rodeo gets underway on Feb. 5th. Tom Thompson is the Marketing Director and we visited today on the 'Kickin' Wake-Up Call' to talk about a number of aspects with this years activities.

This year's Rodeo dates have been changed a little and Tom explained why.

He said that the finals and the Cinch Shoot-out are and have been sold out for some time...but that there are plenty of great seats available for all of the other rodeo performances. He also suggest that you get them now for best selection.

I asked him about the rodeo performers and level of talent that we can expect to see this year.

Tom also gave us an overview of the stock show and some new things that have been added to the overall event this year.

Of course the midway will be a lot of fun with plenty of games, rides, food and more.

This years Livestock show and Rodeo will run from February 5th through the 20th.
