Help Find Missing 17-year-old Olivia Richard From Houston

The Texas Department of Public Safety has issued an Endangered Missing Persons Alert through the Texas Alert Network.

The Houston Police Department is searching for Olivia Richard. She is described as a 17-year-old Asian female. She is 5 feet, 1 inch tall, has brown hair and black eyes, and weighs approximately 100 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a blue sweater, a dark multicolor long skirt, beige backpack, and carrying a brown purse and red suitcase.

Richard has been diagnosed with an intellectual disability.

Olivia Richard's Last Known Location

She was last seen on foot at 1 a.m. on Sunday, July 13, in the 14300 block of Golf View Trail in Houston.

Law enforcement officials believe this person's disappearance poses a credible threat to their own health and safety.

A Plea From The Girl's Father

According to a Facebook Post from the girl's father, Olivia was wearing a dark baseball cap at the time of her disappearance. She has a self-made tattoo on her left forearm and tattoos on her fingers.

His post adds that Olivia has a medical condition and requires daily medications. She was last seen accompanied by a male of unknown age, who appears to be Hispanic.
