When I was a kid, I would track the holidays by the candy. Easter was always a highlight of the year.

Easter Treats

So, at the very least, Easter is a strong contender for "holiday with the best candy", and some would even rate it first (Halloween is ready to fight it out). When I was young it was all about jellybeans, Chocolate bunnies and Robin's Eggs (candy coated malted-milk balls). Nowadays there is absolutely no-limit when it comes to the treats available. All of the gummy type candies now have a presence, and believe it or not, I even picked up an "Easter Pack" of Slim Jim's (not candy, but certainly a treat).

What Texas Likes

Our first answer for favorite Easter Candy comes to us from Door Dash, and is certainly believable. The top 'Dashed candy is Reese's Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs. I cannot fight with this answer, as I'm a HUGE fan and I really like the ratio of chocolate to peanut butter on these "eggs" even better than the cups. This does seem more like a very "adult" request, so we'll check one more source.

Other Sources

In 2023 Zippia.com actually listed the top Texas choice as "White Chocolate Easter Eggs". Also in 2023, Candystore.com, had the Lone Star State's choice as "Cadbury Creme Eggs".  I have no problem with the latter as our choice, but I'm pretty confused by the former. I certainly would love a "White Chocolate Easter Egg" but I haven't seen such a thing, unless they're talking about the white chocolate version of the Reese's, in which case, they are amazing.
