YouTuber Survives 85-Foot Freefall Paraglider Accident in Texas
As someone afraid of heights, I find the video at the bottom of this page to be the most terrifying one I have written an article about thus far.
Because he is a YouTuber, multiple cameras were set up, and each caught the crash at a different angle. Let's break it down before we check out the video.

At the beginning of the footage, the paraglider, Anthony Vella, is happily flying through the air with the greatest of ease above Enchanted Rock State Park, smiling and talking to his phone.
Mayday Mayday!
All of a sudden, his parachute malfunctions, sending him twisting and turning in the sky.
The ground is fast approaching as he continues to flip end over end, helpless against the pull of gravity.
Impact is Immenent
He plummets eighty-five feet to the ground and crashes with a thud into the dry soil. He screams in pain and asks SIRI to call emergency number 911 for him.
Luckily, Andrew survived with a fractured neck, back, pelvis, and a broken arm. In the video, we see the accident from multiple views and it is apparent in all of them he is lucky to still be alive.
