North Texas Gem Named Best Independent Gas Station in America

A North Texas favorite was recently named the best independent gas station in the country. After reading up on it, I can’t believe I hadn’t heard of it before. However, I will make it a point to drive a little out of the way the next time I’m headed to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

After taking a look at their Facebook page, it’s clear that Rumpy’s Bakery & Deli in Gainesville checks all the boxes when it comes to independent gas stations. Their food looks particularly amazing. They had me wanting to reach through the screen and grab a slice of that pizza and cut myself a piece of pecan pie.
